Artist's Statement

From Paris to Kathmandu, each photograph was taken right in the middle of the city as a landscape shot, and superimposed with a close-up of another photograph of something else in the city.

Printed onto transparency and then carefully hand-laid onto clear perspex, the result is a stunningly bright and modern effect.
